Fees depend on the format and length of the activity and the volume you submit. We quote before you commit, and renewal fees are lower than first-time assessment. Contact us with your activity details for a tailored quote.

Most complete submissions receive an initial outcome within two to three weeks. If revisions are needed, the overall timeline depends on how quickly updated materials come back to us. Building towards a launch date? Tell us — we will plan the assessment around it.

Classroom courses, live online training, self-paced e-learning, blended programmes, webinars, conferences, seminars, workshops and structured internal training. If your format is unusual, ask — the test is whether learning objectives, duration and completion can be evidenced, not what the delivery looks like.

Yes, on the same terms as any other course. Assessment focuses on the finished activity: accuracy, depth, structure and genuine learning value. Content that passes those tests is accreditable regardless of how it was produced; content that fails them is not, however it was made.

You receive specific written feedback identifying exactly what fell short and why, and your assessor works with you through revision and resubmission. We never fail a submission without explaining it.

Activity accreditation runs for twelve months and is renewable. Renewal confirms the content is still current and re-assesses any significant changes to the material. We send reminders well before expiry so your status never quietly lapses.

No — and it is important to be clear about the difference. Accreditation is an independent quality mark for professional learning; it is not a regulated qualification and does not sit on a national qualifications framework. The two are complementary: qualifications establish entry to a profession, CPD evidences ongoing development within it.

Every accredited activity has a unique accreditation number printed on its seal and its certificates. Entering the number on our verification page confirms the provider, the activity, the CPD hours and whether the accreditation is current. No login is needed.

Yes. Our register is public and verifiable worldwide, and we work with providers in multiple countries. Assessment is conducted in English; activities delivered in other languages can be accredited where suitable translated documentation is supplied.

Report it to us with the activity name and where you saw the mark. Every legitimate accreditation has a verifiable number — a seal with no number, or a number that does not appear on our register, is a red flag and we investigate every report.
